SkinsideAI is not a medical service. Photo-based features are designed to support routine awareness and habit tracking, not medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.
You remain in control of your photos and may delete them at any time.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide SkinsideAI services or comply with legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through in-app settings or by contacting support.
- Account data (email, routine settings) is retained while your account remains active.
- Photos and routine-related data are retained until you delete them or request account deletion.
- Diagnostic and usage logs are retained for a limited period for security and performance monitoring, then automatically deleted or anonymized.
- We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

SkinsideAI data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain processing of your personal data.

You can control app permissions at any time in your device settings, including camera, photos, and notifications.
You can revoke permissions without deleting your account, but some features may stop working (for example, photo analysis and reminders).

11. Account and Data Deletion Requests
In the app, go to Profile > Account settings to manage deletion options.
Remove history deletes your logs, photos, progress entries, and custom products while keeping your account active.
Delete Account permanently deletes your account and associated personal data.
You can also request account or personal data deletion by contacting support@skinsideai.com from your account email address.
We may verify identity before completing deletion requests and may retain limited data where required by law, security, or fraud prevention.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction).
If you believe a child provided personal data in violation of applicable law, contact us and we will review and take appropriate action.
13. International Data Transfers
