In-app deletion options
- Open the app and go to Profile > Account settings.
- Tap Remove history to delete logs, photos, progress entries, and custom products while keeping your account.
- Tap Delete Account to permanently delete your account and associated personal data.
If you cannot access the app, email support@skinsideai.com from your account email with subject line: "Delete my SkinsideAI account".
We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
Some limited records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention and security obligations.
