All payments and subscription management are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.

SkinsideAI does not process or store your payment information directly.

Subscription terms, billing cycles, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective app store.

Your use of the mobile app is also subject to the terms, policies, and license rules of Apple App Store or Google Play.

Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service and are not parties to these Terms, except as required under their platform rules.

In case of conflict between these Terms and mandatory platform requirements, the platform requirements apply to the extent of that conflict.

Your privacy is important to us. SkinsideAI processes personal data only as necessary to provide core app functionality such as routine tracking, product management, photo-based progress comparison, and account management.

You may not use or export the Service in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
